Matching works
The Matching Engine is a unique data-driven system with our own AI that has learned to understand functions, skills, education and industries, and can relate these to vacancies and individuals. In this way, the 8vance Matching Engine interprets the meaning of structured and unstructured data points and determines the most suitable matches based on numerous variables in different contexts.
1. DATA STRUCTURING
Acquire vacancies, projects, CVs, assessments, from your existing systems, via API connections, or have them handled and filled in manually in one of our apps.
2. DATA ENRICHMENT
The matching engine enriches incomplete information by taking the context of the information in consideration. Skills and competences are detected and supplemented with intelligent suggestions.
3. CONTEXTUALISE IN DNA
All matchable information is normalised based on context and placed in our 'DNA'. You might think of much or little work experience in the same sector, for a large or small organisation, recently or longer ago. Every person and every vacancy has a unique DNA.
4. MATCH MAKING
All active CVs and vacancies are matched real time. This way, vacancies and CVs are arranged based on match score. As desired, you will obtain results in your own internal ecosystem, a shared ecosystem, or in the open market.
